This is how you people should go about getting a purrty body. 1.cardio (running on a treadmill or running on the streets or biking) 2.weight lifting (yes for girls too if you want to really look toned) 3.a healthy lifestlye(drink only water and low fat milk and yogurt and sleep on time and don't smoke!) 4. eat good foods and eat on time (at least 4 meals a day, lots of nuts, turkey, fish, chicken, apricots, strawberries & other berries, oatmeal for breakfast, whole wheat bread) 5. be mentally strong and push yourself to the limit. 6. DON'T EAT LESS. EAT MORE but with small portions. Your body will burn muscle and store fat when you get hungry! So starving is the worst enemy to a good body. Am not a good boy? i think your advice is horrible Are you a professional body trainer? You sure gave us diabetics permission to eat food that we are not allowed to.....so, if I take your advice and die........are you responsible for my death? BE CAREFUL about giving out this kind of advice cause some people would follow it thinking you know what you are talking about. Now, I am a smart enough old chick to NOT believe all that I see and not all that I hear....... |
