How can a popped bicycle tire get fixed?

My bicycle got stolen and returned (odd?) with a popped back tire and all rusted. There aren't any bicycle stores in my area that I'm aware of so I'm looking for a way to fix it on my own.

You should be able to get a punture repair kit (with levers) and a tube (if needed) at your local department store.

i'm pretty sure all that needs replaced is the tube on the inside of the tire and maybe u could check wall mart for one
there 2 ways either get a new inner tube or get a patch kit with glue and put a rubber patch over the hole,you can find it by pumping it up alittle and putting it in the sink then mark the spot and patch it>good luck and happy riding
you have to take the wheel off..then the tire..is there an innertube..you have to get that out and find the leak and patch it with glur and a patch made of rubber.Put it all back together and pump it up do you have a garage for cars around there somewhere? maybe they can help you
