What can I buy for my 10 yr. old niece? |
She is hard to buy for. She is not a girly-girl, nor extra sporty (she does play soccer). I asked her what she wants and her response was "I dunno, maybe a new dog or a bicycle." So, that wasn't helpful. Gift certificates are out since we don't live in the US and the stores here aren't helpful. Willing to spend about $30-50 get a build-a-bear gift certificate maybe a mp3 player Soccer shoes. You can purchase Walmart gift cards online. That way she can choose her own present be it clothes, shoes, toys, or electronics. ask her wut r her opions cdplayer tennisshoes clothing or wut how about just give her cash and let her buy what she wants American Girl books are TERRIFIC for any "type" of girl. They have the historical book series, which includes a series of 6-8 books on a colonial era girl "Felicity", a Victorian/Industrial Revolution era girl "Samantha", and escaped slave girl "Addy", an American Indian girl "Kaya", a depression era girl, "Kit", a Mexican American girl "Josephina" and a WW II girl "Molly". They also have history mystery stories & some terrific books for building a great self esteem...like "The Care and Keeping of Me"....highly recommended. |
