Where can i get a good bike online or in stores in manhattan for someone who is a messeger between 200-500 dollars? If you are not in a hurry, you can get great deals at the Lehigh Valley Velodrome in Trexlertown, PA when they have their spring bike flea market. There are numerous frames and components you can get for a song if you want to build one yourself and there are also many built up bikes (yes, single-speeds too). Very good used bikes can be bought for your budget. There are many messenger types that show up too so they are catered to by many vendors. you probably want a fixie or a single speed check out a Specialized Langster or a Bianchi Pista .. or build it yourself.... its not that hard in Manhattan, stop by this place.
