I'm looking for a couple of cheap bikes, used would be ok, under 10000 yen. Any tips, or shops i should check out?
Try "HOME CENTER"(銉涖兗銉犮偦銉炽偪銉?. Home centers are stores that sell home products, hardware, sports, camping, garden products and etc. Some home centers sell bicycles at cheaper prices such as less than 10,000 yen.
The ubiquitos Don Quixote has some shopping bikes for under 10,000. Look for local recycle shops (second hand stores), they often have a few cheap bikes. You can also find some good deals in the free weekly magazines MEtropolis and Tokyo Notice Board found at Hub Pubs, Tower Records, HMV in case you didn't know
