i have just moved inside the congestion zone in london and cant get anyone to visit me because of charge, also am trying to get second hand stuff for new flat and need something to transport my finds or take stuff i dont want to others who do, but cant find a helper or a vehicle ,i dont drive a car, anyone have suggestions? i have stuff to get rid of and need stuff like i need a swap shop or a helper or a bike trike trailer thingy, also anyone want decorating stuff, new that i have too much of, or swap for stuff i have not enough of, help!

In terms of something like a "swap shop" you should try freecycle - it's a great site where people give away stuff they don't want rather than junk it. It might be a good place for you to get rid of your decorating things too and is great for new movers. There are LOADS of groups in London - see the link below.
