But unless you know exactly what you need, you'd probably be better off going to your local bike shop and get properly fitted for the bike. A 56cm from one manufacturer might be slightly different from another manufacturer. I agree with crazydave - go to your local bike shop(s) and test ride different bikes to find the right one for you. Because bike shops buy in bulk, you can usually get good deals there, plus you generally get some sort of service deal and discounts on other products when you buy a new bike. If you do know exactly what you want, buying online can work, especially on slightly used bikes on craigslist and the like. danscomp.com is the best i know |
