When is the best time to visit China? |
I've always wanted to travel the world. When is the best time to travel to China. And, what are the best hotels, shops, and musems? And can you rent a bicycle because I've always wanted to see the Great Wall of China. China is a large country and different places have different weather. For Beijing, that is to say, if you like to visit the Great Wall, autumn is the best season! www.hnbw.cn never.,.,if you arent.,oepnminded never go here..,china is very very yucky place.,., oh, i dont agree with the last answer not just becuase i am a Chinese. Autumn is really the best choice if u want to visit the great wall. other time it could be so hot or cold , and it's windy alot during spring. well, also try to avoid public holiday there from 1th to 7th, Oct 锛? u will see nothing except people. For the Beijing area, Fall is the best time. I could not tell you about other area's b/c I have only been to Beijing area (Once in the spring, once in the fall. Fall was so much nicer - not as hot, no dust) There are tons of musems in Beijing. Bike rentals are very common from your hotel, but I do not know if there are any places to rent a bike at the great wall. it's up to the places you go, but there are always places nice to visit all the year around You can not ride a bike to the great wall. It is way to far away. Fall is a good time just avoid Sept 1st week cause its a holiday and everything will be packed! However if you want to ride a bike there I suggest renting one and following the canals to the summer palace. It is a nice ride and you will meet cool people along the way. Feel free to email me if you have more questions. I agree with the second response... I just came back from China and I never want to go back.... dirty... dirty... dirty. The Great Wall is nice to see... but no way you can make it on a bike from the Beijing area. It took us over an hour by car. I went from June-July and it was HOT, HUMID, and SMELLED! Like I said... not a plave I ever want to return to. People warned me.. I didn't listen... and I wish I would have. |
