okay, 2 daughters and 2 mothers walk into a bike shop, they come out with 3 bikes and each person is riding one bike. How can this be. By the way there are no double bikes, each person is on their own bike. grandaughter, mom and grandma did i get it because the daughter is also a mother Grandmother, mother and daughter. Because they are a mother, her daughter and her daughter's daughter. i know! there are only 3 persons , let it be a,b and c. a is b's daughter, and b is c's daughter. so b is a's mother and c is b's mother. actually c is a's grandmother. am i right? two daughters have both a mother, hence in total they are three all mothers are daughters plus there is a daughter? |
