finding a solictor who will help us take a bike shop to court
Try Rider Support, have used them a couple of times and recommmend them to anyone. Even had a hire bike for 3 months (paid for by other insurance company) while mine was off the road.

Why not just contact any local solicitor? Its not a specialist claim related to motorbikes, merely a claim against a shop. Most solicitors offer a free initial consultation so you could at least discuss your case and get some advice. Alternatively try the small claims court if it is regarding money.
Mal Kirwin (ex TT racer) who resides in Birkenhead, might make the journey for a fee....I hear he is worth it.
