Im thinking about a divorce....? |
My husband spent EVERY penny we have to open up his STUPID bike shop!! He didnt even ask me! i didnt even know he wanted to open up a shop! just yesterday afternoon he took me to it and i asked him "Hun, where did you get all the money to buy this?" and he said "with our credit card...Babe, I SPENT IT ALL!!!!!" and he was happy! just plain happy! i passed out... but the point is now we are bankrupt and i want to divorce and sew him. my father is a lawer so i dont have to worry about the cost. but we have 5 children! im positive my parents would let me live with them until i bounce back... Yikes. He had a dream that he didn't share with you? Wow. You may be on the right track here . . . divorce, unfortunately. do you love him? Stop for just a minute, up until now have you had a happy marriage? I am not saying that you don't have every right to be mad as HELL but if you've had a good marriage up until now you maybe making a mistake. Has the bike shop gone under already? Maybe something can still be done with it. If this is the worst thing he's done and your marriage is good, you would be hurting yourself and the children if you left now. If the marriage is good try to forgive him but let him know nothing like this is to happen again and I wouldn't let him or myself forget that he made an important decision like this without you and just look at what happened. Now if this is just the lost thing of a long list of others than I would say it maybe a good time run back home to the parents. If you're still not sure what to do, talk to your parents if you haven't already. Good luck. Sounds like you have a good plan....good luck What kind of a !@$$#%^^# would do that? he needs serious help and I would be out so fast, you wouldn't ever see me again. I would definatly seek counsel to see if you can do something. (having your dad be a lawyer, bonus!) that is juST wrong. is the credit card in your name? or his? WOW, im so sorry . my husband did this on a much smaller scale and charged a van (900 dollars) and then charged the repairs to the van. (1400) did it all on the credit card and was proud that he did it. WEIRDO. but spending it all on charge? WHACKED! YUP, defenitely should have consulted with you first. you will make it without him. If you are bankrupt there really is nothing for you to sue him for. I say divorce him, something like that should have been a joint decision. He did not take you or your thoughts or feelings into consideration on such a big decision, time for you to get a divorce and have a happier life. You will make it if you put your mind to it. |
