I dont understand this joke I heard, can someone please explain the humor? |
The pope rides his bike to the butcher shop. He walks in, and the butcher asks "Will that be beef, or mutton?" The pope replies "It matters not, my bike is outside" Some people have suggested saying the joke with Polish accent, but it still does not seem humorous to me even when I do that. This is an old joke. No wonder you don't get it. It doesn't make any sense at all when you're thinking that the pope in the joke is Pope Benedict. Read it again, but think of the old pope when you read it. I love this one! hmmm. I really have no idea. There's good reason you couldn't find the humor - there is none. well the only thing i can think of is...nothing. the joke is there is none. p.s. i starred your question :D well, Im Polish and I have no clue, lol I assume it's something with the accent and how the butchers words would flow together using the accent. but, yea--I have no clue. sorry I didn't find it funny either...sorry. i also dont know what is funny in it |
