Plan for tomorrow will this work? |
Ok its like 330 am where I am and I seriously couldn't sleep tonight. Im not tired at all. Its wierd because I took a 2 hour bike ride and then went shopping not tired at all. Anyway I dont want to go back to sleep at this point because then I'll sleep until like 9 or 10 AM and I need to leave the house at 11 am. And I kind of want to take another bike ride tomorrow morning, so I'm thinking, get ready soon leave at 5 AM, ride for 4 hours, get back at 9 AM plenty of time to get ready. The thing I'm worried about is getting too tired in between now and then how can I avoid that? No meds Those'll knock you out for a while Just take a nap and wake up at seven so you can ride for two hours Don't overwork your body if you haven't gotten enough sleep drink a glass of warm milk IMO, to avoid that you get some sleep now! Go to the store and get some Tylenol PM or benadryl or something OTC that will aid you chemically to sleep. Shut the computer off and go on your bike ride right now. Push yourself a little harder over the long haul. Then you come home, eat a nice breakfast and take a siesta of 1-2 hours. Get up and you'll be refreshed. You can't without using drugs. |
