Is it possible to rent a tent in Singapore? |
Sorta like how there are shops to rent bikes and rollerblades along East Coast park, is there anywhere that rents tents for camping over night in East Coast Park? To rent in East Coast Park? No. Also, you'd need to get a camping permit to camp overnight there. Apply from the URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) office. Alternatively, you could go to Pasir Ris where they have overnight camping grounds and they have tent rentals there. I suggest u get a tent for like less den 30 bucks here in Singapore. Rent a bbq pit at East coast park from National Parks for like $16 and as long as u have a bbq u dun need to pay rent for the tent. Buy the tent..its an investment Enjoy www.nparks.gov.sg www.axs.com.sg u can buy a new one which doesn't cost much. look up at Carrefour, think there's always tents on offer, or get a resale one at yahoo auction, where some were brand new too.
