Ever needed a camera and not had one on you?

What did you want to photograph?

1) In a quiet shopping mall a helium balloon came back down and bobbed near the floor. It came to rest against a shop window. . . . . . where clothing was being worn by dummies, with no heads. Honest. As if the balloon wanted a body and the dummies wanted a head.

2) A car reversed out a parking bay in a supermarket car park while I waited on my cycle at a junction almost next to it. I felt the bike pushed over, and saw the car then and tried to get clear. I couldn't so banged on the back window so hard it shattered over the inside of the car. It was a Vauxhall Astra GTE, the woman got out and screamed "you didn't need to smash it!"
