I'm looking into getting a Hayabusa. Whats a good one to start off on?

I've been wanting a bike for along time. Getting a new job may have sealed the deal too. A bunch of guys at the shop I just started working at have convinced me that now is the time. I really want a Hayabusa but I don't want one thats too aggresive. I want one I can learn on if that makes any sense? Since this will be my first, I don't want one thats gonna get me messed up right out of the box. I know how to ride 'em, just have never owned one. Like I said I really want a Hayabusa just not one thats gonna kill me right away.. Any help?? Thx..

a hayabussa will kill a rookie dude. u dont have the skills yet to handle a race bike. u make a mistake on this bike, it will bury u. u need to start small when it comes to rockets. either a 250 or a 500 ninja. if u cant accept this, u better make out ur will before u pick this bike up because it will kill u the first time u disrespect this bike's power.
You don't want to learn on a busa. You will become a squid.

Get something like a honda rebel or a dual-sport bike and learn on that.
What's your blood type? I got dibs on your kidneys? Seriously, don't even think about a busa. Get a 250cc bike and you might live past your first few mistakes.
This is not necessarily a question of engine displacement, get a bike that has a nice linear power band instead of a peaky hi reving race engine. When you sit on your fist bike it should be light enough and low enough so you feel comfortable and can plant both feet on the ground. Don't get caught up in the image thing, your life is not worth it. I have a friend in a wheel chair, he pulled a wheelie on his 900RR something he did many times before. He is not too cool now, the light standard he hit was tougher than his back.
DO NOT get a BUSA!!!! you will crash it for sure!!! start off with a used 600 katana, or ZX6... something older so when you drop it you dont worry about it having a few scratches... start with some low HP and work your way into it... I have know riders that have 20 years experience and can not ride a busa...
good luck and buy some damn gear please! full faced helmet, gloves, boots, and a leather jacket at the very least!
and if you get the chance take the Motorcycle Safety Course!!! you will learn so much! and it will also give you cheaper insurance!
33 years of riding experience...
how about a ninja 250.your question does not make any sense.
i didn't know they made a slow hayabusa. squid
