Stalls after freeway?

Whenever i get off the freeway when i come to a stop my bike stalls. It rides fine all day on normal city driving, but when i get over 65 it stalls when i stop. I know my battery needs to be replaced but i dont think it would cause the stall. I rode almost 100 miles today and I only went on the freeway for 1 mile and got off and it stalled.

2000 R6
New plugs, oil change and carbs cleaned ( all this is what the shop said they did )

Was it fine BEFORE it went into the shop for service?

Sounds to me like they may have messed with your carbeurator jets and tweaked some PMS or needle valve settings.

V-Twin carbs are best tuned when your bike is hooked up to a dyno machine.
fuel filter?
Fuel to air ratio. Get a shop to dyno it.
floats sticken.......
Does the bike start right up after a stall. Not telling you anything you don't know, but a bad (weak) battery will cause lots of goofy problems. My bike would cutout at speed & lock the rear wheel. Scary. Turns out my petcock was bad, changed the fuel filter also. Runs great now.
An over oiled air filter will cause trouble also.
