Im 5'2 weigh 125 lbs. im trying to lose 10-12 lbs by mid august.?



I've been running 4+ miles every day and 50+ situps everyday and i bike ride every couple days for the past week and couple days. ive tried not to snack. but after doing these i feel i want to do more to get rid of my thighs, booty, and hips, before school starts. IF you an help me find ideas, i already got some cardio so i need more than that, adn help with some diet plans if possible. and does biking make your thighs bigger? i just want to lose weight before i go school shopping for clothes.

Don't worry about losing weight, cause with all the excercising, your fat will turn to muscle and you might weight a little more. I'm sure if you keep this up, if you haven't got the result you wanted, you will at least be healthier and in better shape. Just make sure your healthy diet doesn't become a malnourished one. Keep it up!
Losing 10 to 12lbs in a month isn't healthy. You should aim for 2-3 lbs a month.
