How can I install a 4 cycle weed wacker engine on my schwinn skylliner bicycle 26" what parts would I need? |
Please include a parts list and step by step instructions, thank you. This is allot of work. The other poster was right about the chainsaw engine. I found these instructions: i'd use a chain saw instead, because a weed wacker doesn't have a clutch. you'd start the thing up, and the wheel would either have to turn all the time, or you'd stall the engine. then you would need to find bar-stock of the same kind of metal as your bike frame. you'd need a welder, and an oxy-acetylene torch. if the bike is steel frame, you can cut your bar stock with a cutting head on the torch, if it is aluminum you'd need a band saw. ok, now that you have bought all the materials and tools to mount the engine on your bike, you should be realizing you would have been better off just buying a 49cc moped. |
