Possible to Get Ripped Over Summer? |
I'm 13 years old, 5'6" and 130 pounds. My goal is to have a six pack, good arm definition, lose body fat and just get strong in general. I want to be lean but defined. Currently I go to the gym 2 days a week (3 on occasion) where I do 5-10 minutes of warm-up on the treadmill, then wall sits, lat pull downs, dips and chin-up machine (60 pounds of assistance) bicycles, situps, and multiple resistance exercises with a trainer. The resistance exercises are pushing against his hands in different ways for three reps each. The workout lasts about 45 minutes. Gym 4 days a week and eat a lot You can , you just need to keep fat over your whole body to a minimum (dont eat fatty or sugar stuff and do excersise). When youve got your fat over your body down start doing bicyicle crunche's (there the best excersise for abs.) For bicep's and tricep's do curl's and dip's. some people will tell you "of course you can if you try hard enough" but the reality is that it is ALL based on your genes, sorry but everyone is different |
