If you continue the way you are going you will die.

Your diet is terrible....

A 6 pack is no big deal. Many of my friends have them and they are unhealthy.

Sounds like you are well on your way to getting a six-pack! Most ppl say it takes about six weeks to see results from working out, but judging how intensely you are working out, I'd say you will see results sooner. If I were you though, I would suggest you add some protein to your diet which will help rebuild your abs after working out (basically when you work out, you break down the muscle, and what you see later is the result of the muscle being rebuilt, bigger).

With the way your going possibly a month or two, 600 bicycle situps is insane, i had to only 200 a day with a well balanced diet, because im a model. All i can say is you have a lot of drive to get that six pac and thats pretty impressive! In possibly a month you will have one. Good luck!

ull get 1 in no time
i do 200 situps a day and i got a sixpack

give it 6-8 weeks

I completely agree with the first comment. Eating that little amount of food while doing all of that exercise, well instead of gaining muscle in your abs and toning, you'll go into starvation mode, where you're body will burn muscle instead. That's EXTREMELY and dangerously unhealthy. You need to compensate for all of those extra burned calories. Eating things high in protein and fiber, and if you do even a ltitle less exercise, you'll be in GREAT shape in no-time! You'll notice some results soon, but only if you eat correctly.
