What are the benefits of bicycling?

Like, what parts of the body or muscles does bicycling work out?

ALSO, what's better, bicycling or jogging?

First off it works your cardiovascular system really well. This in turn burns fat all over your body.
It especially works your calves and thighs.
Other secondary muscles are your glutes and your arms if you bike offroad.
Biking is better overall than jogging.
