Do you think my rutine is a good one?


Ok im male 16 years old going on 17 soon im 5'6 maybe 5'7 im 145 pounds i have flat feet i think thats why they always hurt but anyways sundays and saturdays are off i say of but i always go play basketball or football or any sport i feel like and for like 4 to 5 hours no more then 5 i eat like crazy not diet i drink protein shakes mornings nd night my goal is 160 pounds all muscle nd i run 20 minutes in the morning before breakfast mondays i do either chest or legs depending what i did last, tuesdays i do back calfs running 15 minutes uphill bicycle 15 minutes biceps triceps nd deltoids, wednesdays i do legs or chest dependingon wat i did on monday, thursdays same as tuesdays nd friday legs or chest depending on wat i did last i run in the morning all week days nd well dats it what do you personaly think?
oh i forgot at football practise they make me do a lot of extra running nd conditioning run 40's nd other football things i think of this as not part of my personal rutine

You are doing way too much running. Drop all the extra running and you'll grow like a weed.
