How do i lose weight in 4 months?

so i am 5'6" and am 60lbs overweight! i know right! but i am totally serious in to lose'n' weight! i am go'n' to this thing for a July 4th part a couple states away and HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT LIKE NOW! so if you could give me a work out plan and diet plan from now to july 4th that would be AWESOME! couple things:
the only weight worky out things i have are a neighborhood to run around in and a stand still bicycle!
and i totally depend on DIET COKE!!!!!!!
