I'm skinny, how do i gain mass?

i'm really skinny, my wrists, you can see parts of my ribs, my legs are fine and muscular from basketball though.

i am:

male, 15, korean, 115lbs, 5'6"

i'm pretty sure that is a bit below normal weight for my age..

i try to eat breakfast every day (bowl of cereal) i eat lunch at school every day (with milk) and i try to eat dinner with milk too. however i don't always get to eat dinner because i'm usually home alone (my mom - works all week, i see her twice a week. my dad - passed away when i was 5, my bro -usually out.)

i work out everyday (4 sets of 15 pushups and 15 incline, 4 sets of 20 bicycle manuever exercise)

but i'm still skinny! people tease me about it often. my wrists are bony and a bit small, the top portions of my arms are pretty big from excercise...

any advice?

i dont know how many times i can tell people that there is no way you can just change your complexion.
if you are skinny, your family is skinny, and everything you do is play sports and eat pretty much nothing, you cannot gain a lot of mass.

I would suggest a good breakfast.
start off with bacon some eggs and and a fruit salad.
the fat off bacon should give you something. eggs give some protein, for the muscle, and the salad should give you some extra energy, drink oragne juice. lots of it.

lunch if you can the best thing i can tell you to gain mass but in a healthy way is Subway... you know that little cheap restaurant with food in it?
get some meat cheeze and veggies into you, no soda though, get either gatorade/powerade whatever you dring that tastes nasty but gives energy.

dinner since you cant always eat some, i'd suggest making it simple, making a bowl of rice is the simplest thing you can do, and sticking a chicken in the oven isnt hard either, if youre not big on cooking i suggest getting some food on the go, like at some stores like John's or something they sell ready-to-eat chicken, it has a lot of oil, but also contains many proteins so thats gonna be good for you... and try to eat veggies before you go to sleep, like munch on a cucumber or a carrot or something, dont eat fruits after 9pm, dont eat vegetables before 10am.

I can tell you much more but you gotta email me or something, i can even give easy recepies.

lift weights ... high weights, low reps. Also get more protein in your diet.
