If you want them just for your own use, go to one of the online discount shops. If you are thinking of starting a business, first do what you need to do to open it then contact a distributor. Fair warning- the prices you find from places like pricepoint.com are often less than those at wholesale distributors.

i wonder...why would you need bulk? i guess since i learned to watch the road ahead, and to keep my tires inflated and fresh, i rarely get flats. instead of buying cheap tubes in bulk, buy good tubes. you pay more, but the seem to hold up better.
